Services and delivery

Gessie Road LLC provides software products and technology services as described on the applicable offer or written scope. Evidence-service deliverables are provided electronically to the customer email address after the required information and access are received.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information, have authority to submit the software or business material being evaluated, and use our products lawfully. Testing findings reduce uncertainty but do not guarantee that software is defect-free or suitable for every environment.

Payment and scope

Payment is due at purchase unless a written agreement states otherwise. Work outside the purchased scope requires a separate agreement. The $99 GR Patch Alarm Proof Sprint may be credited toward a $799 Release Evidence Pack when upgraded within 14 days.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gessie Road LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to that claim.
