Information we collect

For an order, Gessie Road may keep the business contact name and email, company name, package, public reference, Stripe order and payment-status identifiers, price, currency, acceptance version, Ready timestamp, delivery timestamp, and refund status. Stripe processes payment. Gessie Road uses Gessie Road email delivery and generic website hosting for the site. Gessie Road does not store payment card data. Do not send prohibited materials: files, attachments, private links, credentials, passwords, tokens, keys, production access, live customer data, or confidential material.

How we use information

We use this minimum information for readiness, delivery, support, fraud prevention, and business records. We do not sell or share personal information, use targeted advertising, or use marketing without separate opt-in.

Service providers and retention

Our implemented manual schedule keeps the minimal transaction, acceptance, delivery, and refund record for 7 years. We keep the scope and report for no more than 30 days after delivery, then delete local working copies unless a dispute or legal hold requires otherwise.

Your choices

Contact Gessie Road to request correction or deletion. We will act where possible, subject to the legal records we must keep.
